When will the other Selangkah functions be available on iOS?

Currently, we are in the process of getting the green light from Apple Inc. It may take time because as a Covid-19 app, Selangkah has to undergo a more stringent review process as per AppStore policies.

I still can’t download the Selangkah App from the Play Store.

After thorough inspection, we found that because of Google PlayStore’s policy, the Selangkah App isn’t available for Huawei & Oppo users in Malaysia.

As a temporary workaround, you can use our WebApp (it is an App, but it runs on a browser e.g. Chrome) by going to

Our WebApp possesses all the functionalities of the Selangkah App (e.g. enrolling for free Covid-19 Testing, registering for Vaccine interest and Home Quarantine Tools if u reside in Selangor).

The WebApp however still doesn’t have the “dual-system check-in” function. We are working fast to enable the App in Huawei and Oppo, and also to upgrade the WebApp.

I first registered for a Screening account via where I keyed in a username, phone number and password. When I downloaded the Selangkah App and used the same credentials to log in, I received an error, and can’t reset the password.

Please create a new account in the Selangkah App. Both of your sign-in credentials will sync afterwards.

Can I check in for my dependents as well through the Selangkah app?

What to do if the police ask to see my scan receipt but it's not in MySJ app?

When you scan a MySejahtera QR code using the Selangkah App, the scan receipt will be shown in the app’s Scan History function. If an enforcement officer asks to see it, you can access the History page and show them.
